- Check In/Out
- Arrival is from 4pm onward. We try to be as flexible as possible, so should you wish an earlier check-in please let us know.
- Check out time is before 10am to allow us time to prepare for our next guests.
- Payments
- A non refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost of your booking is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellations
- Should you have to cancel your holiday, we will do our best to re-book the yurt and if successful will refund the balance monies paid by you, excluding the non refundable deposit. If we are not able to re-sell the holiday we cannot offer a refund. Please make sure you have holiday insurance to cover you in the unlikely event of this happening.
- In the event that you are unable to take up all, or part, of your holiday due to cancellation of ferry services due to the weather, as a gesture of goodwill, we will share the cost of any nights stay lost where the ferry does not sail 50:50 with the customer. We also advise taking out holiday insurance to cover you in the unlikely event of this happening. Non weather related ferry cancellations are not included as these are covered by Calmac ferries.
- If for any reason the yurt/s become unavailable and we have to cancel, Runach Arainn cannot accept responsibility or liability for any other losses, but the deposit and any further monies paid to us will be refunded in full.
- General Terms
- Please leave the yurts and surrounding areas as you found them and all cooking utensils and other equipment cleaned. Any damage must be replaced or paid for.
- All yurts and bathroom areas are strictly non-smoking.
- Runach Arainn are not liable for loss or damage to guests' property, or any injury to themselves or dependents during their stay. Parents must be responsible for their children at all times.
- We do not cater for Stag or Hen parties. If you are a large (4 plus) adult only group please contact us (email : runacharainn@gmail.com, tel : 01770 870 515) to discuss your stay prior to booking. For large parties with three or more adults in a yurt, we charge an additional adult fee of £15 per person per night and may ask for a security deposit for each yurt booked.
